Bali Experience Itinerary

Day 1 Thursday - Arrival & Opening Circle

Guests will be welcomed into the retreat space from 3:00pm.

Transfers will be provided from the airport or a central pick-up location and guests will be brought directly to the Villa. After settling in, we’ll gather for a traditional welcome ceremony, set intentions, and share a grounding dinner to connect and begin the journey.

→ You'll begin to feel energetically grounded, safe, and supported opening your channel to work with Spirit and to receive over the days ahead

Day 2 Friday - Energetic Alignment

Each morning begins with a gentle Sit with Spirit session to ground and connect into the day. Friday focuses on energetic alignment exploring your Intuitive senses, personal energy, boundaries & Chakra balancing & clearing.

The evening we venture to The Pyramids of Chi for a Sound Healing Experience.

→ You’ll walk away with a stronger sense of your own energy, clearer boundaries, and practical ways to stay centered and aligned in any space

Day 3 Saturday - Day Out Sacred Clearing & Activate

We’ll journey out to the land for a sacred water temple ceremony a powerful cleansing ritual to release what’s ready to be let go. This traditional experience invites closure, renewal, and natural recalibration of the body and spirit.

After a shared Balinese lunch, we’ll visit Bali Swing for optional photos (additional cost), then return to the villa for a light dinner and an evening reflection circle to integrate the day.

Day 4 Sunday - Psychic Expansion

After our morning Sit with Spirit and breakfast, the day centres on psychic expansion. Guided workshops will explore reading energy, deepening intuitive awareness, and working with tools like tarot, pendulums, and psychometry.

In the evening, we’ll venture out for a local dinner, offering a relaxed and unwind time together before returning to the villa.

Day 5 Monday - Mediumship Mastery

We’ll begin with Sit with Spirit and breakfast, then move into a full day of Mediumship development. Through guided sessions and hands-on practice, you’ll explore how to blend with Spirit, receive clear information, and deepen your connection with loved ones in Spirit.

The day allows space for integration, and we’ll come together in the evening for a final villa dinner and a special after-dinner session, a celebratory, heart-led close to our time together.

Day 6 Tuesday - Closing Circle

Our final morning is a gentle close to the retreat journey. We’ll gather for a relaxed breakfast together, followed by a closing and sharing circle to reflect, integrate, energetic completion, grounding, cord cutting and conscious integration as we prepare to return to everyday life.

Check-out will be at 11:00am, with transfers available to the airport or onward destinations (additional arrangements can be organised if required).

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Flights included in the Package Price?

No. Flights are the only element not included in your retreat package. We will personally arrange your airport transfers — picking you up on arrival and dropping you back at the end of the retreat — but flights are to be booked and covered at your own expense.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

All deposits are non refundable unless its deemed by the facilitator that this may not be suitable for you at the onboarding call. Once you have paid your deposit it is compulsory for you to have travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason. All retreats are non-refundable however should your spot get rebooked then we would refund your payment less admin fee as per our Terms & Conditions.

What is included in the Price?

The package includes your accommodation, all meals, airport transfers, all classes, and retreat activities. The only additional costs are your flights, insurance and any personal purchases you may wish to make during your stay.

Can I stay at the Villa if I arrive prior to the retreat?

No, you can't stay in the retreat Villa before or after the retreat, but We can assist you with some suggestions of places nearby or other area of Bali to visit.

Do you have Payment Plans?

Payment plans are available through Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Klarna, making it easy to spread your payments over time while still securing your place at the retreat.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll first pay your $500 AUD deposit to hold your spot.

Then, you can choose a payment plan provider (Afterpay, Zip Pay, or Klarna) to pay off the remaining balance in instalments.

Once your plan is approved, the provider pays us in full, and you repay them directly based on your chosen schedule.

A 10% surcharge applies to all payment plan options to cover additional fees.

Important:

Once your payment plan is active and approved, your retreat booking is fully confirmed.

Because the payment plan provider pays us upfront, you’ll continue your instalment payments directly with them according to their own terms

Can I share a room with a friend?

Yes just mention at time of booking who your friend is and we can organise a room share. All guests must be participating in the retreat and book their spot.
