This Retreat Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Emma Stawicki (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as the proprietor and operator of the retreat, and the individual identified in the retreat booking (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”).

1. Payment and Booking Policy

Your retreat space is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. This deposit confirms your commitment to attend the retreat and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Any remaining balance and payment schedule will be agreed upon at the time of booking and must be paid in full in accordance with the agreed terms to maintain your reservation.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation and Transfer Policy

No Refund Policy:
All retreat bookings, including deposits and any subsequent payments, are strictly non-refundable.

Transfer Options:
• You may transfer your booking to another person up until the commencement date of the retreat.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Approval is at the sole discretion of Emma Stawicki.

3. Retreat Cancellation by the Operator

Emma Stawicki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to insufficient participant numbers, force majeure events, pandemics, government restrictions, extreme weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In the event of cancellation by Emma Stawicki, participants will be offered either:
• A transfer to a future retreat operated by Emma Stawicki, or
• A credit toward a future Emma Stawicki retreat or offering.

Emma Stawicki is not responsible or liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, accommodation outside the retreat, visas, travel insurance, or other related costs.

4. Compulsory Travel Insurance

All participants are required to hold valid personal travel insurance for the full duration of the retreat.

This insurance must cover medical expenses, personal injury, travel disruptions, cancellations, and any activities undertaken during the retreat.

Proof of travel insurance may be requested prior to the retreat commencement. Failure to obtain appropriate travel insurance may result in refusal of participation, with no refund issued.

5. Energetic Integrity & Spiritual Scope

This retreat is held within a grounded, respectful, and heart-led spiritual framework. The work offered does not involve, invite, or engage with harmful, lower-vibrational, or disruptive energies, entities, or practices.

All experiences are facilitated with the intention of safety, integrity, and personal empowerment. Participants agree to respect the energetic container of the retreat and refrain from introducing personal practices, rituals, substances, or behaviours that may compromise the wellbeing of the group or the integrity of the retreat space.

6. Personal Responsibility & Subjective Experience

Spiritual and personal development experiences are subjective and individual. Each participant acknowledges that their experience may differ from others and that no specific outcomes, insights, or transformations are guaranteed.

Participants are responsible for their own emotional, psychological, and spiritual responses during the retreat. This retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

7. Substances & Altered States

This is not a dry retreat. However, participants agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation.

Attendance at retreat sessions while under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment, awareness, or participation is not permitted.

The use of illegal substances, plant medicines, or non-prescribed psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited at all times during the retreat.

8. Retreat Conduct

Participants agree to act respectfully toward fellow participants, facilitators, and retreat spaces. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or failure to follow facilitator guidance may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Emma Stawicki reserves the right to maintain group safety and harmony at all times.

9. Photography and Marketing

Photographs or videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, participants grant permission for their image and likeness to be used unless they opt out in writing prior to the retreat.

10. Intellectual Property

All retreat content, teachings, materials, and experiences are the intellectual property of Emma Stawicki.

Recording, reproducing, or distributing retreat content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
